No upgrades offered current phone not working efficiently

I have been with fido 29 years. I pay 4 phones. Yet, my phone does not work efficiently or effectively.  Freezes, internet horrible,  speed slow. I need an upgrade for my phones. At no cost under 2 year extended contract. Why is this so difficult with a loyal and long time customer

I require charger for new s21, buds as promised and 120 dollars off on new phone and contract renewal.

They will probably give you an exclusive offer, and then tell you the phone is on back order won't be available for a while. And then they tell you sorry. 

For that you will have to just suck it up.
