No updates from my order

Hi,

I pre-ordered the iPhone 12 on Oct. 18. During that time, I was talking to an agent as well and he told me and reminded me that I will receive an update in 2-3 business days, and I will receive a shipping email but it's Oct. 26 now and I haven't receive any update. I'm just frustrated because I am left in the dark, no update, no emails. Even if it's back order (which I hope not), I wish I receive an email about it. Please can someone help on this matter? I really appreciate any help and update I can get.

The iPhone is currently back-ordered so wait times can take up to 3 weeks. 

You'll receive a confirmation by e-mail when it's shipped out.
