Hi so I ordered the Samsung Flip in the beginning of January, I had gotten an email saying it was still processing and I called customer server around the end of January only to be told it would be another four weeks. Currently it has now been past that four weeks and I'm still waiting to hear about the phone? How much longer is it going to take?

I ordered it beginning of Feb and its still on backorder.  ðŸ˜’

I know it can be frustrating waiting so long to get your new device, unfortunately, you will need to contact customer service as they are the only ones that can look into your account and better advise you on what's happening with the shipment.
