No sign-up confirmation e-mail?

Hi,

Two days ago, a Fido employee signed me up for an account and a new phone through the live chat. He said it was all set up and I would get my new phone in 2-5 days.

 

i haven’t received any emails confirming my new account. Is that normal? 

 

Does anyone know know if there’s a way to confirm the account was set up?

Hi @InvisibleHat , welcome to the community forum. Have you tried signing in to your account using the fido website? You would sign in with either your email address or your phone number that was assigned when you signed up, and use the password that you chose. If you didn't go through the steps to open an account online, then use the information you provided to create an online account. If you need further assistance from Fido you can use any one of the methods mentioned Here

I’ve signed in, but it doesn’t help. It doesn’t show any info about an account.
