No service, for 3 to 4 days

This is getting really bad. I have gotten no service what so ever. I still charged charge the full amount but your not delivering. It has been 3 days where I see on my phone "Fido unavailable". no service and can not even connect to your cell tower. So I have had enough even when I lost service in April, did I get compensated for it, "NO". I still got charged the full amount. So, I have stopped the automatic payments since you constantly charging me service i am not getting. This is really bad Fido. I will have to change and going with someone more reliable. i have had enough of bad service.
