No order confirmation

Hi, I placed an order for a phone on Saturday. I’ve received an email for account confirmation but no order confirmation or shipping information. Also in the email it said my bill payment plan starts today, but I don’t even have the phone or any info about when it will be here. Shouldn’t payment start when the phone actually arrives? Can someone help me track my order?

When you order a device we send 2 e-mails, one to confirm the order and one with the tracking information once it ships. In terms of charges, they begin once the device ships.

 

Once it ships, you should get it in the next 2 business days. If you got the confirmation yesterday, keep an eye out for the tracking info today or tomorrow!

 

If ever for any reason the device is backordered then we'll also notify you by e-mail. If it's a new activation (and not a hardware upgrade) then your billing will only start once it ships.
