The Winback team contact me on Monday and I am willing to accept the deal. After that, the agent suddenly said that she needs on hold since something wrong and not able to process. Promise me to give me a return call.
Well ... I have tried to call back the number several time this couple days; NO ONE GIVE ME A CALL BACK. Wanna know anyone has this kind of experience? And who should I contact for now? I dont even know what's going on now. Is the offer processed and my new phone on the way or what. At least someone should explain to me right?
I call back and leave the msg; which they said they will call back within 24 hours. I am waiting over 72 hours already. What a great service Fido!
