Fido Xtra just hangs

Hello - ever since you revamped Fido Xtra I haven't been able to enter any contests... the dog appears, wagging its tail for eternity.

None of the following have worked

• restarting
• clearing the app cache
• trying to uninstall/reinstall but I don't have that option - only "disable" ...tried disabling and reenabling

I'm using a Samsung S10 with Android 10, latest OS updates have been installed.

Can you help?
