- My phone randomly loses service. There's no pattern. Sometimes I have no service for the whole day. Sometimes it' just for a few hours. There would be no service or network no matter how many times I restart my phone. I even got a new sim card and still have the same issue. I tried resetting the network and still the same. This has been ongoing for about 2 months. I keep missing calls and can't receive texts. When people call my cell they say the phone doesn't even ring and sometimes it won't go to voicemail.
