No more travel pack in Cuba?

I am planning to travel to Cuba soon but I found that Cuba is not in the travel pack anymore. Is that correct? what's the roamming rate now?

Cuba is considered a premium destination and the rates are currently:

2.50$ for voice
0.75$ for text
1.50$ per MB for data

Are text messages billed for both received and sent or just for sent messages?

Hey luciantm!

Incoming text messages are never billed, even if you're roaming outside of Canada. You have no way of controlling when/if someone sends you a text.

Only sent text messages will be billed at $0.75 per message.
