Customer for over 8 years. Recently called to reduce my plan as I was on a 2 year plan paying over $100 per month. The agent seemed upset as I asked for loyalty department when wasn't satisfied with her offer which were still over other plans. She said no more retention teams are at Fido and I can cancel my plan if I like, which I did. Will never join Fido ever again, terrible service.
