It's been 48 hours since I got the verification call. But still i did not get any e-mail confirmation regarding the plan or or the device upgrade. If I'm not getting any information or acknowledge e-mail from fido in 24 I have no choice but have stay back with my current carrier. I don think it's that hard to send a confirmation mail.
When a change is made on your account, confirmation emails are usually sent within 24 hours. Meaning, it would be safe to assume that no change was done on your account lately.
