My device won't connect to Fido network. No unpaid bills, when I spoke to someone they said that my data services were on and working from their end. What do I need to do? Why can't i connect to the Fido network? I can only use my phone on wifi at the moment, this is really frustrating . I should also mention when contacting Fido credit operations, they all say the same thing - my data service has been restored and try turning it off and on. I've done this 4 times.
