No confirmation of sim card shipping, plan has begun.

Hello All,

 

I bought the new 5GB BYOD plan online. I have yet to receive the confirmation confirming that a sim card has been shipped but I have been already getting charged. Which kinda sucks? Does anyone know timelines? 

 

I have a new S20 I bought outright so just need the sim card and need to call to get my number ported. Since my old plan was quite expensive I'm getting charged twice currently.

When exaclty did you order your SIM card? Shipping delays vary normally between 1-5 business days in most metropolitan areas.
