Plan says different than data

On my plan it says that I have 5GB data but when I head over to data it says I have 3GB left, why can you guys fix this?

Now customer representative didn't believe on me ...I asked for checking our previous talk recording...now she has not recording which she gave me plan ....

I called fido customer service representative yesterday...after half an hour didn't receive....

Now I m tired from fido

Fido is bad ....bad ....bad 

Customer service  representative told me plan value different recently change my plan and today I got a bill from fido ...it was like 10% more how they lie with customers.......

 

I am going to change fido to other .....

 

Never recommended to friends and relatives.....

Hey @fatemehvalikhan and welcome to the Community.

I can understand why you would be concerned about the amount of data included in your plan.


You can find your plan details directly on your online account or from your Fido My Account app.


Also, your app normally tells you the amount of data you have left until your next cycle, which is different then the amount of data included in your monthly plan.
