No confirmation email for phone order

I ordered an iphone 12 through fido site today and still i didn't got any confirmation email. I paid 235$ as downpayment. But that amount got credited into my fido account instead of processing the payment for order. This situation is worrying me.. Can anyone help me??

Which iPhone 12 did you order?

Some may be back-ordered which can explain the fact you didn't receive the confirmation. You would only receive once a device can be shipped and then another e-mail once it is shipped.
