Cable at my home is cold. Inspite promised over phone by Fido rep while selling internet service, it has not been activated. I tried calling over phone but it is impossible to reach Fido representative in spite of holding for hours. Waitted for a long time to get some one on live chat too without success. I am very frustrated and regret switching to Fido.
Hope Fido will look into the issue asap.
