New Customer -didn't get promotions as advertised

Hi,

 

My wife is on Fido and they recently had a good deal for "Add a line".  Here is a screenshot of the plan that I clicked on and signed up for:

Now I received the service contract by email and it says nothing about the promotions offered, or the bonus data.  However I received my first bill and did not get the $5 or $10 off per month.  I've called Fido twice for at total of 2 hours of phone time trying to get this sorted, and they say you only get once in the service contract.  It seems they have great deals on there websites, but the service contract that you get AFTER you sign up doesn't match

I can understand how important it is for you to get the promotion that was promised to you.

 

With the number of requests we are getting, there might be a longer waiting time when you call the customer service. We want this to be resolved for you ASAP, so it's still required to speak to a representative at the customer service.
