Negative balance

Good afternoon. Can you please advise me, I can't understand why my balance is minus 177 dollars? I have deposited several times but my balance is negative all the time. Thank you.

  A negative or minus balance is generally indicative of a credit balance on your account. If you have deposited several times, that could account for why your account has a surplus amount. That amount will go towards your next bill.
