Fido not giving my right amount of data

I'm a participant level 1
I'm a participant level 1

Last year I moved up to from 2 gigs of data to 20 gigs data. Now I usually don't use over 2 so I didn't really notice until recent that fido still cuts me off at 2 gigs, even though I pay for 20. I even reset the limit on my phone so it says 20 gigs thinking that was the problem but it wasn't.  Can you help me here?
