Hi,
I have 2 phone lines in a single Fido account and I saw that the first bill amount generated was for $232 including both lines. I paid the exact amount $232 via a bank transfer and now it shows me (-$113) as my balance. I don't understand why there is a negative balance when I paid the exact bill amount? Also, just want to make sure that both phone line bills have been paid for with one transfer.

Hello @himan20,
The negative amount means you have a credit on the account in that amount and will be applied to your next invoice. If you print/save your invoice details you should see why you have a credit.
