Need to make a payment

I want to make a payment , my account is cancelled so unable to do that !

Welcome to the Community! 

 

Don't worry, even if your account is closed, you will still be able to log in to your My Account profile on Fido.ca by using your email address and password so that you can pay your bill. Once logged in, you can make a payment by credit card or by INTERAC Online. 

 

There are lots of other ways to pay your bill, such as by online banking as well, check them out in our Library.
