Sorry to hear your device is stuck with that screen. Were you trying to install a custom OS on the device? If you were, you should note that this forum might not be the proper venue for such discussions as it likely goes against the Fido Community's Terms of Use. You might consider some other forums more suited to that topic.
That said, if that screen came up by accident, have you tried the Volume down button to cancel procedure and restart the phone? What phone do you have? At least for Samsung devices, there does appear to be a combination of button presses which will arrive at a custom OS screen like the one you've shown (see here). They also note that there are a different combination of button presses for other functions such as factory reset. You should note that the specific combination of button presses might differ for the different device models (as well as from different manufacturers). You might consider searching for a sequence which is specific to your device model.
