Welcome to the community!
If the person that you're calling has both Name Display and Call Display services, then both your name and phone number will be displayed.
If the person only has Call Display, they'll only see the phone number.
It's not possible to remove your name from displaying you can, however, modify the name that is displayed, see here on how to do that.
