My Fido account

New to Fido for cell phone plan. I tried to set up My Fido account i follow the steps put in my email I get a notification this email already belongs to an account... Yes my home internet. It won't let me add my cell phone account. Customer service has be zero help they don't know why it's happening or how to resolve it. Any ideas?

To link your new wireless account to your existing Fido Home internet account, follow these steps:


  1. Sign into My Account.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Under Linked Accounts, select Link Another Account.
  4. Select the type of account to add.
  5. Enter the account information.
    • For Wireless or internet services:
      • 9-digit account number (can be found in the online billing SMS notification or service agreement)
      • Postal code associated with the account
