I moved from Chatr to Fido on 10th Aug 2019. My prepaid bill was paid on 27th Jul 2019.
I've received partial broken months' bill from Fido earlier.
I do not understand my they are not will to pay the same in this case.
Can anybody advice me how can I fight this reap-off effort by Chatr.

From what I understand, your charges with Fido were prorated when you switched from Chatr to Fido and you would like Chatr to do the same. That is, refund you the unused portion... is that correct? If so, I don't think that is possible. With most pre-paid services, the monies deposited into accounts are non-refundable. For Chatr, see Terms of Service, section 3b. If you still have access to that account, you could use the services until your balance had depleted. However, if you ported your phone number to Fido, your Chatr account would have been cancelled once the port-out completed. It is the same policy with most pre-paid offerings.
