I just got my Samsung a50 a few months ago. I keep noticing the mobile data cutting out. I'll have lte full signal, then it will disappear and I'll be offline, sometimes a few minutes, but often longer. This can be at the same location or moving. My other work phone shows a good connection. Eventually it comes back on.
Any ideas?

Having your data cutting off all the time can't be a great experience.
This happens indoor and outdoor as well?
How many signal bars do you usually see on your screen?
Also, is this affecting your other services like talk and text?

I'm not sure if it affects call or text. It happens inside or out. No bars or lte display. If I reset my phone it comes back to full bars lte

Since it happens everywhere and your other phone works fine then it's unlikely that it's network related.
What you're experiencing can either be related to your SIM card or the phone itself. What we suggest is getting a new SIM card to test out. If that' doesn't help then it would be the device itself and since you just got it a few months ago it's under warranty You can drop it off at a Fido store to be sent in for repair!
