Misspelled name

Went and had gotten a fido account from wow mobility and they had misspelled my last name, there weren't able to change it there and told me I could change it on the fido website but I can't seem to do so. How do I fix it'd?

Sorry for the confusion there, it's currently not possible to change the name through the self serve tools. 

For that you'd need to reach out and we'll gladly correct that for you.
