Missing Phone Line in Account Overview

Hello,

 

I have two phone lines setup on my account yet I can only see information for my phone. I used to be able to check useage and change plans for my second line, where did it go? I'm paying for this second line but have no online access to it, it's extremely frustrating.

I have the same issue. Got a new line in November 2024 and can't see it on the app or web browser. I always use email and password to log in. Customer service says they can see it and I should be able to also. No one has been able to resolve this issue for me. Tried to enter a "Resolve your Concern" to get a resolution but it won't let me submit. Running out of options.

I haven't changed my account in a decade. If there's any changes, it was made by Fido

@Bahahhagabv since you made no changes and you can not see the other line I would suggest you contact customer service directly and they will be able to see your account and let you know what is happening.

Hello @Bahahhagabv,

 

Are you using the app or web access? Did you set up your login as a user or owner? If you choose user then you will only see your number. On the app, you have to log in with the email and password to see all the lines.
