Hi @ERIK4 sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your mms settings. If you're on iOS then someone else will need to chime in. If you're on android, do you have chats turned on in your messaging app? Open messages, then tap on the 3 dots in search bar, settings, chat features, then toggle on if not already done. That should take care of it.
