I have better things to do than wait 20 minutes or more to ask a simple question, and Ask Jack doesn't work.
My time is valuable, something they fail to realize. I just wanted to confirm that if my phone is paid for (which I was told it was), then why am I still being billed at full rate?

Good morning @elsiecow , sorry to hear that you are having difficulty getting an answer about your account. Here are the various methods to make contact with customer support. I personally prefer Twitter as I can make contact and carry on until I get a message back for real time interaction. Hope it works out for you. Cheers
