Lost my phone

I lost my phone and I'm having premium protection plan on my sim.I don't know how to file the claim for the list device. Can someone direct me to to the link to file the claim ? Thanks

Hello Sarab1,

 

  Welcome to the community!

 

  Sorry to hear you lost your phone. Brightstar has changed the way to file a service request (see here). You should now be able to find all of the information via your My Account --> Usage & Services --> Mobile --> Start or Track Phone repair claim (near bottom of page).

 

  You should note that loss protection is not available in Québec.
