additional bill for non used data

i have been charged for extra date usage which i have never used , later they cancelled it , that means every bill i need to check with the magnifying glass

We aim to be transparent with billing and we'll only bill for what was used. If ever there was any sort of error though our teams are happy to help resolve, which seems to have been what happened in your case Smiley

 

We do always suggest you keep an eye on your invoices though, it's important to always check what you're being billed for and to get in touch with us if you need us to look into anything.
