It would depend on the details of your plan. While most newer postpaid plans include Canada-wide calling, some prepaid plans (and some older postpaid plans) might only include local-calling. If your plan only includes local-calling, Canadian long-distance charges would also apply.
You can verify the details of your plan via My Account --> Usage & Services --> Mobile --> View Full Plan details.
**edit** In addition, you should note that all calls (incoming and outgoing) would count against any minute allotments. If your plan has unlimited minutes, all those minutes would be included.**
