It would be really nice to get a notification whenever we go out of the local calling area. like the one you get when roaming (in US for ex). on some smartphone you can verify if the call you;re making in the MyAccount app, but it is a hassle (very slow, and you can;t just do it when receiving a call to decide to take it or not).
Although I would say scrap the whole thing or at leask make incoming calls wherever you are as local calls.
