I am trying to upgrade my phone (and plan) online, to avoid the 2 hour wait I was told I would have when I called. I am experiencing some confusion at the "Confirm order" point (where the bonus 2GB and $10 off doesn't show up..) so I decided to try to contact someone on the chat. Everytime I hit submit, it tells me I can't use live chat because I'm blocking pop ups (so I paused Ad Blocker) and that my browser needs to be updated (so I updated). It is still not working. What's going on??
