I tried to contact fido for an account suspension through LiveChat, but it keeps telling me "We’re really sorry we can’t assist you, something went wrong. Let’s go get you a Live Chat agent.". And contact Fido at Ontario time at 2pm, so it supposed to be in the business hour.
Can anyone tell me how to deal with this issue and access the live chat?

Have you tried to clear the cache and cookies on your browser to see if that helps? Also, have you tried to use another browser?
