There was fraud on my account a few weeks ago where someone added a line and a new iPhone 12 to my account. I called right away and told Fido what was happening, and they removed the number from my account. Today, I received a bill for almost $1,500 for the iPhone 12 that was fraudulently put on my account. I've contacted the fraud management department and have been waiting to have my call returned. They want to take the money from my account on September 25th, 2021. PLEASE HELP. I did not buy this phone or consent to any of this.
