I want to give a shoutout to Paula for providing fast and easy customer service on my most recent call. She understood my issue the first time I explained it and rectified it without me having to go back and forth. She was also very personable and even thanked me for being a customer. While I did have to wait awhile to eventually speak to someone, when I did get a chance to speak to Paula, it was simple and painless.
