Hello Fido Support,
Back in July 2020 I returned a phone I ordered but end up not using.
Since then, every billing cicle I get harrassed to pay for a phone they already recevied back, I have to waste my time explaining that over and over again and again every month is the same issue.
How much longer will this go for? Who do I have to talk to stop this non sense?
Today I called 3 times, first time was on the phone for 34 minutes and fido agent just hanged up on me.
2nd time I was transfered to Rogers rep and Rogers cannot help with fido issues so they hang up on me
3r time I call ad was on hold for almost an hour, I canot just be on hold forever, I have things to do
Unreal, and you call this customer service?
