After going through the menu labyrinth just to try to speak to someone about a bill, I opted for the callback service. After inputting the number and pressing "any key" to complete, I pressed star(*) just because it was the first thing I hit. The machine then says "Please continue to hold" or something along those lines and I'm back in a queue with the terrible music. The only way to try again for callback is to hang up and go through the 5 minutes of menus. Insane.
I feel like Fido deliberately frustrates you so it's impossible to speak to a rep without being angry first. I want to be nice to these people but it seems like the technical incompetence sabotages the call centre reps.
