I don't know reason why i'm blocked my account, but I wonder if I missed something or forgot something about my account, I want to do this and do unblock processed

This usually indicates that your account is cancelled. Is that the case?

 

Also, are you currently looking to unlock your phone? If that is the case, you'll need to reach out to us at these channels to initiate that process as it can't be done online on My Account. Keep in mind that we can only unlock Fido devices.
