I was just attempting to refill my account balance using interac.
I tried 3 times in total, each time getting the message "Oops, an error occured"
I checked my bank, and noticed the payment was taken out 3 times, despite nothing being received on Fido's end.
I'm sure this is just a pre-auth type thing and that the money for the failed attempts will be returned?
My main concern is why the payment isn't working in the first place.
I had this same error message in the past as well, and it worked the second attempt I tried in that case (which is why I tried 3 times total just now)
Seems to be a gamble on if it will actually work
