I've ordered my phone 2 days ago and i still havent received any replies, when I go on the Fido to buy another one it is not allowing me and says that it is still pending, im a little scared that I wont get my phone on time. I dont want to call or contact them because i will be subject to a 70$ charge, please advice me what i can do.

I understand you do not wish to pay the set-up or administrative fee for having assistance with the order. However, if you would like to discuss your order status, you would need to contact customer service again. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above. That said, it's possible they also would not have any additional information regarding the status of orders.
If the order is still pending, it's possible the device is back-ordered due to high demand this time of year. Unfortunately, if that is the case, it may take longer than expected to receive the phone.
