Hello, 

Usually I don't do this but I received an email from Fido this morning stating they're waiving long distance charges until the end of June, and that is solely meant to make Fido look good, because everyone I know with a cell phone has a long distance plan! 
Fido; how about you waive everyone's bills until the end of June? That would make a difference. 
Fido, today you made yourself look like a joke of a company. 

Make a difference, don't just make the company look like it's making an effort. Ridiculous!

We know that Covid19 has impacted everyone and we're proud to support our customers, employees, and communities during this time. 

 

We've put many measures in place, and waiving long distance charges within Canada is one of them however it's not the only one. You can take a look at all the ways we are helping right here
