Incoming calls are all showing private number

Every incoming call that is made to my phone number is showing "private number". I have tried another phone with the same sim and it is showing the same issue. Now I cannot see who is calling me. Is there a fix for this? When I call people I can see my number is showing but when people are calling me every call is "private number".

Hi there @SM416 , are you sure you have call display on your plan? Here  are some FAQ for name and number display. If the person calling you has their name and number blocked it will show up as private or blocked. If after reading the info on call display and you find it doesn't apply to you, it would definitely be a good idea to call tech support by dialing *611 from your device and take a deeper look at it.
