I'm sad to see you're experiencing difficulties with the service. Can you confirm if you see any signal bars displayed on your screen? Also, have you tried powering off the phone for a few moments and turning it back on to see if you notice an improvement?
Do you know the person who answers when you call your number? Is it possible call forwarding was activated through your device?
