Someone help me I cant believe I have to go through many different supports just to change my credit card info. Like why not let me do it on my own?

Can you confirm if it's for a prepaid account?
If so, you should be able to update your credit card through the interactive voice system by calling 611 on your Fido phone (Press 3 - 4 - 2).
For a regular account, you can do it here.
