I think some fraud is happening with me!

Hello Team,

 

In the last 15 hours, I have received two emails from FidoBill@fidomobile.ca with the subject Your Fido bill is ready.  I am attaching images for reference. The reason I am calling these out as fraud is that I AM NOT A CUSTOMER OF FIDO. I do not have ANY ACTIVE SERVICES WITH FIDO! I do not know what's happening and why am I receiving all these bills.

  I can certainly understand receiving those notifications is alarming considering you are not a Fido customer. However, you should note that this forum is community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts. If you would like to investigate your situation, you would need to contact customer service. If they verify that those lines are indeed in your name, they will likely put you in touch with their Fraud Department. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
