I received a message on March 3rd,2021 on my app inbox, that by switching to automatic payment I would be rewarded with a $10 gift card.
I switched my payment method but still haven't received the gift card.
When I contacted customer service by live chat, I was told that this promotion expired on february 28 (?) and it was only valid for those that switched the method for the first time.
The message was sent again, on March 3, 2021 and it does not mention anything about being valid only for first time.

From the screencaps I can see you got this fairly recently for a promotion that ended in February.
When you click on Get started, do you get more details on the offer there?
